What will be deleted
Your online account, including its stored contact details, password and consent record, will be deleted. All website and app sessions, recovery links and personal links for appointments linked to this account will stop working.
What remains with the salon
Existing appointments will not be cancelled. Appointment history, payment details and associated customer records in the salon system are retained. An unused customer record with no appointments or other salon information is removed. Account deletion does not erase all personal data.
